Molay Bros. began in 1942 as Birmingham’s local wholesale grocer, located on Morris Avenue in the heart of downtown. Alongside a separate appliance store, the three brothers—John, Paul, and Charlie Molay—worked together until their retirement in the 1990s.

 

In 2023, Jack Burke, John’s great-grandson, revived the Molay Bros. name and founded a unique, premium catering company dedicated to continuing the family tradition of serving Birmingham.

 

Today, we proudly serve the greater Birmingham area and communities across Alabama, providing top-tier service and high-quality food.
